Inclusivity & LGBTQ+ Therapy
You don’t need a specific reason to come to therapy, but you might be experiencing questions around identity, sexuality, or your sense of self.
You might also find yourself dealing with anxiety, overthinking, or low self-esteem, or noticing patterns in relationships that feel difficult to shift. At times, there may be experiences of shame, rejection, or not feeling accepted, alongside questions or uncertainty around sex, intimacy, or connection.
These experiences can be complex and personal, and therapy offers a space to explore them in a way that feels respectful, open, and free from judgement.
My approach is grounded in curiosity, respect, and openness. This isn’t about fitting into labels or expectations, but about understanding your experience in your own terms.
Together, we can explore how your sense of self has developed, the patterns shaping your relationships, and how past experiences may still be affecting you now. We can also begin to think about what it means for you to feel more secure and authentic in yourself.
We move at a pace that feels right for you, without pressure or assumptions.
For some, this work is directly connected to identity. For others, it may sit alongside challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem, or feeling stuck. Therapy can offer a space to bring these parts together - helping you make sense of your experience in a way that feels more integrated and grounded.
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation. I offer sessions in-person in London Bridge (SE1) and online across the UK.
