I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly about what’s going on for you.
I see emotional and mental health as closely connected to all areas of life, including relationships, past experiences, and how you relate to yourself. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we take time to understand what may sit beneath them.
Part of our work may involve noticing the moments where you move away from your own needs or instincts, and taking time to understand what’s behind that. This can create space for responding with more clarity, rather than reacting in ways that feel automatic or hard to shift.
You don’t need to have everything clearly worked out before starting therapy. Part of the process is making sense of things together, at a pace that feels manageable.
Our work is collaborative. The relationship we build together becomes an important part of the process, offering a space where your experiences can be explored safely and openly.
Over time, therapy can help you to better understand yourself, recognise patterns that feel stuck, and develop more meaningful and fulfilling ways of relating — both to yourself and to others.
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an introductory call or an initial session.
