About Me & How I Work
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering one-to-one therapy for individuals.
I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and begin to make sense of what’s going on for you.
People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why they keep falling into patterns that don’t feel right for them - including moments where they second-guess themselves or move away from their own needs.
You don’t need to have everything clearly understood before starting - part of the process is making sense of things together.
How I Work
My approach is reflective and collaborative. Rather than focusing on quick solutions, we take time to explore your experiences more deeply — including patterns in relationships, emotional responses, and the impact of the past on the present.
This might involve noticing recurring themes, understanding how you relate to others, or finding words for things that have previously felt difficult to express.
The relationship we build together becomes an important part of the work, offering a space where things can be explored safely and openly.
What Therapy Can Offer
Over time, therapy can help you to:
-
understand yourself more clearly
-
recognise patterns that feel stuck
-
feel more grounded in your emotions
-
develop more fulfilling ways of relating
Change often happens gradually, through increased awareness and a different way of relating to your experiences.
If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch to arrange an introductory call or an initial session.
