Integrative Psychotherapist

Therapy for anxiety, self-esteem, and when you feel stuck in your thoughts or unsure of yourself

(Clinics London Bridge, SE1 & Online)

When things feel overwhelming, stuck, or hard to make sense of, it can be difficult to know where to begin.

You might find yourself overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or struggling with low self-esteem in ways that are hard to explain. At times, it can feel like you’ve lost a sense of who you are or what you need.

This might include noticing moments where you override your own needs or feel not quite like yourself.

I offer one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, and patterns that feel difficult to shift, including in how you relate to yourself and others.

Therapy provides a space to slow down and begin making sense of what’s going on, at a pace that feels right for you.

Treatment

Some of the areas I support people with include:

Anxiety and overthinking can feel overwhelming and difficult to manage, often showing up as persistent worry, racing thoughts, or a sense of unease.

You might find yourself stuck in your head, replaying conversations, second-guessing decisions, or struggling to switch off. At times, it can feel hard to trust your own reactions or feel settled in yourself.

Together, we can begin to understand what’s driving these patterns and develop a different way of relating to your thoughts that feels more manageable and less overwhelming.

Depression can leave you feeling low, flat, or disconnected from yourself and others, sometimes without a clear reason why.

You might notice a loss of motivation, feeling stuck or withdrawn, or finding it harder to connect with things that once felt meaningful. At times, even small tasks can feel heavy or difficult to face.

Therapy offers a space to explore what sits beneath these feelings and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels gradual, supportive, and manageable.

Self-esteem can show up in subtle ways - second-guessing yourself, comparing yourself to others, or finding it difficult to trust your own judgement.

You might find yourself putting others first, holding things in, or questioning your own feelings and reactions. Over time, this can leave you feeling unsure of yourself or disconnected from what you want.

Together, we can explore where these patterns come from and begin to develop a more grounded, steady, and compassionate relationship with yourself.

The impact of trauma can show up in different ways - in how you feel, how you relate to others, or how safe the world feels around you.

You might experience heightened anxiety, emotional numbness, or patterns that feel difficult to shift. At times, it can feel hard to fully settle or trust your own responses.

Therapy provides a steady, supportive space to begin understanding these experiences and to work through them at a pace that feels safe and contained.

I offer a space that is open, respectful, and affirming of different identities and experiences, including those within the LGBTQ+ community.

You may be exploring aspects of identity, navigating relationships, or processing past experiences that have shaped how you see yourself.

Whatever you bring, you can expect a space where you feel heard, understood, and not judged.

Difficulties in relationships can often reflect deeper patterns in how you relate to yourself and others.

You might notice yourself putting others first, holding things in, or second-guessing your reactions. At times, relationships can feel confusing, intense, or leave you feeling disconnected or unsure of where you stand.

Together, we can explore these patterns and begin to develop a way of relating that feels more balanced, authentic, and secure.
